2. If I want to customize a sculpture, How do I do?
If you have pictures, you can send them directly to us, and we can produce clay sculptures based on the pictures, so that you can see the true appearance of the sculptures, rather than just on paper.Or tell me your thoughts or ideas, we can generate a drawing based on your ideas.
3. I am worried that the supplier’s response may not be timely. What should I do?
Throughout the entire production process, we will proactively and regularly update your production progress to ensure that
you understand the production progress of the entire order.And we will send you photos and videos of the production details of each step for confirmation. After you confirm that there are no issues, then we arrange shipping to you.
4. How should I make the payment?
30% deposit is required, and after the product production is completed and you confirm satisfaction, the remaining 70% payment will be made before arranging shipment.
5.What shipping methods are available?
-The nearest port to us is Tianjin Port. For sculptures with large size and heavy weight, we usually ship them by sea.
If the customer is in a hurry, we can also arrange air freight or express delivery according to their needs.
6.May I visit your factory?
